Angles90 may be working on similar ideas internally (proven by documentation). If a submitted idea is substantially similar to an existing Angles90 project, Angles90 reserves the right to develop its own concept independently without obligation to the submitter.

Submission of an idea does not guarantee its adoption or commercialization by Angles90. Angles90 retains sole discretion in selecting and developing ideas.

Angles90 will make reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of submitted ideas, but cannot guarantee absolute secrecy.
Compensation terms, including signing bonus and commissions, will be detailed in a separate agreement.

Creators grant Angles90 the right to use their name and likeness in marketing materials, if agreed by the inventor.

Angles90 reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time. Void where prohibited by law.
